GERRY JOE WEISE has been experimenting in Contemporary art since the late 70s. Anything and everything concerning different cultures, mythology, nature, the Universe - the Cosmos; anything leading up to being an universal artist, and everything concerning different medium: canvas, paper, wood, earth, bark, metal, stone, photography, video, writing, etc..., has been Gerry Joe Weise's goal in achieving a comment on the Earth / Universe. In using Lowbrow Art, Weise is commenting on today's society, consumerism, our weakness, and our pitiful situation on this planet.
